Senior MEL Consultant
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our team in delivering high-quality Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) consulting services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading complex projects and working with diverse stakeholders.
The role involves leading small-medium MEL projects, supporting Principal Consultants on complex projects, and engaging in business development activities to build profitable relationships. You will be responsible for designing and delivering evaluation studies using mixed-methods, leading project teams, and ensuring client needs are met.
Responsibilities:- Lead complex MEL projects, including designing and delivering evaluation studies using mixed-methods.
- Support Principal Consultants on large-scale MEL projects.
- Engage in business development activities to grow the business.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in MEL, sustainable agriculture, NRM, and climate change.
- Experience in leading complex projects and working with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
