Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Environmental Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in supporting project teams with sustainability strategies and compliance across all design stages.

They will also advise clients, architects, and engineers on environmentally sustainable design principles and regulatory council requirements. Additionally, they will strategize effective solutions to improve energy efficiency, water conservation, and indoor environmental quality.

Key responsibilities include planning sustainability initiatives in alignment with local and national standards, identifying and analyzing environmental impacts, energy usage, and building performance metrics. They will also select appropriate materials, technologies, and systems that enhance sustainability outcomes.

The ideal candidate will evaluate building designs using simulation tools such as NatHERS, JV3, daylight modelling, and thermal comfort analysis. They will identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in sustainable design practices.

Furthermore, they will develop reports, assessments, and documentation to support planning approvals and certification processes.
