Global Talent Management Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to join our People team as a Global Talent Management Lead, covering parental leave. You will collaborate closely with regional counterparts across the enterprise to deliver on our global talent strategy and ambitions.

About the Opportunity

As a key member of our People team, you will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise-wide talent management and development initiatives. This includes running the global talent and succession planning cadence and contributing to meaningful work within the Group Career & Capability Team, helping to build a strong, future-ready organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the global talent and succession planning cadence, ensuring alignment with key people priorities.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader in talent strategy, assessment methodology, systems, and enablement.
  • Deliver high-impact reporting for executive and board audiences.
  • Ensure governance and compliance across global talent activities.
  • Build strong relationships across the People function and senior stakeholders.
  • Bring external insights to inform and evolve our talent practices.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful program delivery.
  • Use data to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Champion a high-performing global Talent Community of Practice.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in organisational psychology, talent management or organisational development.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into action.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills across audiences.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and future-focused thinking.
  • Experience managing complex programs and external partnerships.
