Aerial Technology Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Aerial Technology Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our geospatial data collection systems.
This role involves working closely with the Aviation Operations team to ensure survey systems and equipment are prepared and maintained in a safe and efficient manner. Additionally, the specialist will provide technical support to Survey Operations in Australia and New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in computer operations, troubleshooting, and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair complex systems involving embedded computers, lasers, optics, electronics, cameras, and navigation systems.
- Provide technical support to Survey Operations teams, ensuring that all systems are operational and efficient.
- Manage inventory and prepare freight for systems and spares.
- Install and demobilize systems in aircraft and provide equipment logistics support.
Requirements:
- Proficient in diagnosing and analyzing complex system faults.
- Strong communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
