Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Technology Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide frontline technology user support to maintain operational integrity ensuring delivery of ICT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support to employees via telephone and in-person
  • Travel to remote sites to ensure Endeavour technology support is met across various locations
  • Maintain knowledge in a broad assortment of policies, procedures, and technologies
  • Ensure the security of hardware and software assets and equipment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in a range of technologies, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools
