Product Visionary Role
This is a Product Owner position with strategic responsibility for delivering seamless client experiences and enabling clients.
The Issuing team is responsible for delivering comprehensive card solutions including debit, credit, prepaid cards, mobile payments, and APIs.
As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for setting product vision and ownership of teams to deliver client-centric solutions and drive business growth.
- Champion exceptional client experiences by communicating clear vision to scrum teams using client insights and stakeholder feedback to inform user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Own and prioritise backlog of work for the team which could include client delivery, maintenance, defects, incidents, and continuous improvement using relevant frameworks and guidelines.
- Partner with Product Managers to build new or enhance products in line with broader market needs and trends.
- Partner with other key stakeholders to ensure their needs are captured, prioritised, and managed effectively as part of the team backlog.
- Make strategic decisions to prioritise work in the backlog, managing complex trade-offs and competing priorities.
About You:
- 4+ years in banking/financial services with preference for delivering SaaS and/or B2B products.
- Strong prioritisation and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple/cross business requirements at various stages of the product lifecycle.
- Strong data analysis skills and process review capabilities.
