Job Title: Business Support Professional
We are seeking an experienced Business Support Professional to provide administrative support to our staff and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
- Attend to all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks using software applications with high accuracy and efficiency, adhering to quality standards and company guidelines.
- Take accurate messages and assist with enquiries as needed, demonstrating excellent communication skills and maintaining confidentiality when required.
- Type correspondence as required, maintaining attention to detail and adhering to company standards for tone and style.
- Provide administrative support to team members as required, working collaboratively to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of [X] years of experience in administration or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively, managing competing priorities and deadlines with ease.

- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and other relevant software applications, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly and adapt to changing technology requirements.
- A valid driver's license and own car, with a commitment to safety and reliability, ensuring timely and efficient travel to appointments and meetings.
