About the role...

The BUSY Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team at one of our campuses in Cairns, Brisbane, or Gold Coast/Coolangatta. As a Teacher - English and Social Community Studies Educator, you will be responsible for re-engaging students and teaching within the areas of Year 11 or 12.

This full-time teaching position will feature in English and Social Community Studies, providing you with the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach English and Social Community Studies to Year 11 and 12 students
  • Re-engage students and support their academic and personal growth
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and improve student outcomes
