As a Manager, Early Resolutions, you will play a key role in leading and coaching a team of specialists to ensure effective and timely resolution of complex issues.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Monitor operational activities to guarantee adherence with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership team to analyze cases and identify recurring patterns.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to deliver enhanced service and efficiency.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

For this role, we are looking for an individual who has:

  • Extensive experience in case management within a leadership position.
  • Solid experience in the field of dispute resolution.
  • Excellent communication and technical skills.
  • Good stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
