The role involves pro-actively assisting in the management and, where possible, early resolution of disputes. You will engage with employee/employer representatives, attend conciliation conferences, and consult with legal specialists to ensure timely resolution of disputes.

This position requires extensive experience in workers compensation claims management, litigation processes, or alternative dispute resolution. You must be able to negotiate with various stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes and have a strong understanding of relevant legislation and case law.
