Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Race Data Capture Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality race day experiences with rich data and real-time intelligence.

Your input matters, as our data is used by broadcasters, punters, and racing professionals worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Race Day Operations: Prepare the racecourse and infrastructure, set up and operate tracking systems, and liaise with staff and external parties to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Post-Race Activities: Compile reports, manage errors, and perform quality assurance on new systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Analyze trends to prevent issues, alert management and staff to process improvements, and use remote tools to aid in troubleshooting.
Requirements
  • Real-Time Experience: Ideal experience in real-time sports or racing data capture.
  • Technical Skills: Good understanding of networking technology, computer proficiency, and strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communications skills, confident, and able to work in a team environment or independently.
  • Language: Very good command of written and spoken English.
