The key role of a Capability Manager is to support customers in delivering appropriately skilled resources in a timely manner. This includes supporting the Pre-Sales function, responding to RFQs and handling in-contract growth responsibilities.
- Work with Talent Acquisition to track open roles, review CVs, conduct interviews and provide feedback.
- Support onboarding, initial training, customer access/screening through collaboration with the WFM Operations team.
- Pipeline development for critical/high turnover roles, focusing on identifying opportunities for skill development and career planning.
- Contribute to award and pay classifications plus pricing activities determining sell rates for customers.
- Assist in preparing succession and redundancy plans, identifying critical roles/single points of failure.
- Facilitate career development conversations with team members.
- Engage in staff engagement initiatives, including newsletters, site visits and social interactions.
- Ensure compliance training and other administration are up to date.
- Additional human resource responsibilities as needed.
- Collaborate in RFQ and bid responses.
- Participate in Staff Augmentation within the organization and stakeholder engagement with Customer Service, Sales, Finance, HR and other internal stakeholders.
- Focus on in-contract growth via increasing headcount and margin with customers.
