Job Description:

This position involves vacancy advertising across multiple job boards, shift management for our casual pool of Early Childhood educators, and business development across the Canberra early years market.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require a current Australian drivers license, unlimited working rights within Australia, and a willingness to obtain a volunteer working with children check.

Experience in recruitment, account management or sales is essential, ideally with education market knowledge and experience.

Excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build relationships, high attention to detail, and the ability to work in a high volume environment are also required.
