Job Opportunity: Financial Analyst

As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled financial analyst to join our organisation and contribute to the success of our Supply Chain and Logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide insightful analysis and commentary on month-end reports to inform business strategy.
  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets, re-forecasts, and month-end reporting processes to ensure seamless financial management.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, and Transformation to offer strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Develop compelling business cases for strategic investments, including ROI analysis, commentary, and presentation of findings to support informed decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Deliver ad hoc reports and detailed analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Hold a recognised accounting qualification (CA/CPA).
  • Demonstrate proven experience supporting functions in a commercial environment.
  • Possess industry experience in Consumer Goods, FMCG, Technology or related sectors.
  • Exhibit advanced proficiency in Excel, with strong modelling skills to support business cases.
  • Display excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging both finance and non-finance stakeholders effectively.
