Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations
  • Manage financial administration tasks, utilizing accounting skills for compliance
  • Implement and develop office policies
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and procurement processes
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and records management
  • Ensure client satisfaction through efficient service and dispute resolution
Requirements:
  • Track record as an Office Manager or similar role with accounting responsibilities
  • Software knowledge: MS Office Suite & MS Excel
  • Strong financial management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM and PM tools (desirable)
  • Background knowledge of mechanical engineering (desirable but not necessary)
