**About the Role**: As an integral member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate payments to vendors while ensuring adherence to our trust accounting policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will possess excellent skills in invoice processing, client invoice scanning, and review processing work, monitoring accuracy and addressing any issues that may arise. Additionally, they will be proficient in process development, identifying areas of improvement, and adhering to accounting principles and industry regulations on a daily basis.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary education in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
  • Studying towards professional qualifications (CA or CPA) will be highly regarded
  • Proven work experience in finance operations
  • Prior experience in the property / real estate industry will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in standard Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and also as a team
  • Sound written and oral communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills to manage a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Sound working knowledge of accounting principles and systems
