About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to join our team in the Asia Pacific region.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact and be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to provide first-class support to colleagues across the region.

  • Develop processes and tools to ensure excellent financial control.
  • Oversee financial operations of the business in Japan, South Korea, China, Australia, and New Zealand.

Responsibilities

  • Support the finance team and country controllers through the month-end process.
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting for the consolidated business.
  • Develop financial systems, processes, and policies in accordance with global requirements.
  • Support projects to drive process improvement and automation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation.
