Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced operations leader to drive business growth and success in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

This autonomous role will be accountable for the leadership and management of all aspects of operations, including safety, people management, quality, and financials.

  • Ensure safe operations in accordance with established policies and procedures and ensure all quality systems are complied with.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and development to the team within the facility and management of direct reports.
  • Manage all aspects of the use of contractors, including agency casuals, maintenance, services, and contractors.
  • Ensure that production stays on schedule and quality standards are met.
  • Look for process improvement opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior leadership experience working within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, excellent team-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS office products, Word, Excel, SharePoint.
  • Ability to understand and read P&L reports and balance sheets.
