Job Overview

This role exists to provide support for complex projects within an integrated workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the programme benefits and implement change to achieve improvements in business operations by assessing progress towards realisation.
  • Brief stakeholders on planned change and monitor the implementation of changes to business processes and systems, technology, job roles, and structures.
  • Deliver change within Agile Delivery frameworks.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 5 years' experience in change management;
  • Demonstrated experience collecting and analysing data to provide 'as is' and 'to be' descriptions as well as the change gap;
  • Preparing high-quality documentation; providing advice on change management processes and methods;
  • Engaging with stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and meetings;
  • Self-management skills and ability to influence others.

Additional Information:

  • The successful candidate will hold a Baseline Security Clearance; NV1 Security Clearance is highly regarded.
