About the Role

As a seasoned Change Management Professional, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, leading change management projects and developing strategic communication plans to engage stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies to ensure impacted stakeholders are ready and able to adopt new processes.
  • Maintaining key internal and external relationships, including collaboration with stakeholders on project or operational issues.
  • Working closely with project managers to deliver change management and stakeholder engagement activities and materials.
  • Collaborating and contributing to multi-disciplinary teams to support business and system changes.
  • Participating in forums, groups, and workshops to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Coordinating efforts of other change management specialists and team members.
