Water Infrastructure Technical Delivery Lead

This pivotal role leads the design and technical delivery of major infrastructure projects including water and wastewater treatment facilities pump stations reservoirs and network upgrades.
Main Responsibilities- Leads multi-disciplinary teams to deliver large-scale water infrastructure projects from concept through to construction.
- Oversees technical design development ensuring compliance with project scope and schedule.
- Cordones inputs from engineering procurement construction and maintenance teams for integrated design solutions.
- Provides technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
- Manages design risks scope changes and ensures quality assurance through independent reviews.
- Liaises with clients regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders for alignment and approvals.
You bring proven experience leading design teams on water infrastructure/treatment facility design and delivery projects with a bachelor's degree in Civil Environmental or Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
- Strong understanding of Australian water industry standards.
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Chartered Engineer status (CPEng) or working towards it is highly desirable.
