Civil Design Lead

We seek a skilled Civil Engineer to lead the delivery of civil designs across the full project lifecycle.

About the Role

This position is pivotal to our future growth and impact. As a Civil Design Lead, you will collaborate with disciplines, contribute to high-impact water infrastructure projects, and shape outcomes that matter.

  • Oversee the design process, including water utilities and pump station projects
  • Prepare and review technical documentation to support construction and compliance
  • Manage or support the design of water and wastewater infrastructure
  • Develop strong relationships through collaborative and high-quality project delivery
  • Contribute to proposal development and successful project bids
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the delivery of civil designs across the full project lifecycle
  • Preparing and reviewing technical documentation
  • Managing or supporting the design of water and wastewater infrastructure
  • Developing strong client relationships
  • Contributing to proposal development
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree-qualified Civil Engineer (or equivalent), ideally Chartered (CPEng) and RPEQ certified
  • Over 6 years of experience in the water infrastructure consulting space
  • Strong technical foundation and collaborative mindset
  • Proven experience in the design and management of water and wastewater infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency with Australian Standards, WSAA codes, and design tools such as Civil 3D and 2D/3D CAD
