Lead Morning Service Team

As a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage professional, we invite you to join our dynamic team as a Morning Supervisor.

This role is ideal for those who enjoy leading and mentoring teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences during morning service periods. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising F&B operations, particularly in conferencing and events.

The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising event setup, service, and breakdown across multiple function rooms and event spaces, leading and mentoring the afternoon F&B team, and welcoming guests warmly to our food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and assist with event setup, service, and breakdown across multiple function rooms and event spaces.
  • Lead and mentor the afternoon F&B team for smooth operations and high-quality service.
  • Welcome guests warmly to our food and beverage outlets and ensure memorable interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date on menu changes or promotions and communicate them to guests and the team.
  • Oversee customer account settlement within the POS system for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare basic beverages and supervise barista and bartending activities as needed.
  • Promote workplace safety by identifying hazards and fostering WHS awareness.
  • Collaborate with other teams and outlets for seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven experience in supervising F&B operations, particularly in conferencing and events.
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Barista qualification and proven ability to prepare various coffee beverages.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
  • Current working rights in Australia.
