Strategic Organisational Development Role\

The People Experience Partner will drive organisational development initiatives, partnering with leaders and teams to design and deliver innovative capability uplift programs.

Key responsibilities include:

\
  • Partnering with leaders to understand organisational needs and develop contemporary solutions\
  • Aligning learning and development programs with business objectives\
  • Designing and delivering human-centred capability programs\
  • Providing advice on improving culture and performance using survey and data insights\
  • Delivering impactful projects and facilitating workshops that foster engagement and continuous improvement\
  • Staying across emerging trends in organisational development

\Required Skills and Qualifications\

Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or related discipline is essential. Additional qualifications in psychometric assessments and developmental instruments are highly valued.


\

Experience working in Organisational Development within a large complex environment is necessary. Background in corporate, health, community or commercial sectors is also required.


\

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial for success in this role.
