**About the Company**

This global ASX listed organisation are looking for a P&C Manager to support Acacia Prison about an hour outside of Perth. The position is site based.

This is a senior role where you will need to be able to quickly gain the trust of the management team.

**About the Role**

In this role you will partner with General Managers & Contract Directors and senior staff to identify P&C priorities and recommend appropriate people management solutions in relation to organisational development, culture and

change to deliver outcomes and manage issues.
- Industrial Relations - provide expert advice on contract strategy, negotiations and union relationship; assess business risk
- Employee Relations - provide expert advice, guidance and support to people managers in areas of performance management, including investigation and disciplinary processes
- Deliver/implement leadership coaching and development for first line managers.
- WHSE - take the lead on wellbeing strategies and initiatives to proactively promote a healthy workplace culture over the long term. Liaise with Wellbeing, Injury Management and Return to Work teams as required to ensure best outcome is achieved for employee and contract.

**About You**
- You will need a vehicle as there is no public transport to this location.
- Blue and white collar experience, working with unions and enterprise agreements in a complex environment.
- Extensive experience conducting workplace investigations, handling grievances and end to end disciplinary matters including terminations.
- Experience working with WC and Injury Service colleagues to manage workplace and non-workplace injury cases including medical terminations.
- Experience in advising and guiding management team to ensure best outcomes and ensure compliance with EA's and other legislations.

38 hours per week - Monday to Friday
