Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced restructuring specialist lawyer to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law and a proven track record of success in restructuring and bankruptcy matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing legal advice on complex restructuring and insolvency matters
  • Assisting in the preparation of court documents and other legal papers
  • Representing clients in court and negotiating with stakeholders
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting the industry
Requirements:
  • Australian qualified lawyer with 3-5 years post-qualification experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
