Our company is seeking a key individual to fill the role of Fleet Coordinator, providing administrative support and coordinating fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be proficient in MS Office, and possess experience in transport logistics.

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide admin support to the Transport Supervisor and coordinate defence fleet maintenance. This includes operating and managing company fleet vehicles, designated Defence fleet vehicles, and hired vehicles.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operate and manage company fleet vehicles, designated Defence fleet vehicles, and hired vehicles.
  • Manages all functions related to plans, schedules, organizing and prioritising multiple requirements within the Transport Fleet.
  • Provide a transport booking service for self-drive vehicles, or driver and vehicle.
  • Ensure vehicles are issued in a clean, fully functional state, with fuel appropriate to meet the task, with appropriate documentation.
  • Ensure vehicle record keeping and documentation is fully maintained and achieved in the appropriate information management systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in transport, logistics or supply chain is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in high volume administration.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, Outlook, Excel, Word.
