**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will involve overseeing and coordinating cleaning staff during evening hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate cleaning staff during evening hours\
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met\
  • Provide guidance and support to cleaning staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment\
  • Perform hands-on cleaning tasks as needed, particularly during peak periods\
  • Collaborate with management to implement and maintain effective cleaning schedules\
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures\
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and task completion\
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve cleaning efficiency and effectiveness\
  • Recruit, train and develop cleaning staff to meet the needs of the business\
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure efficient use of cleaning supplies and equipment\
  • Monitor and address any issues or concerns related to cleaning operations\
  • Communicate effectively with cleaning staff, management and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operation of cleaning services\
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies\
  • Perform other duties as required by management\
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times\
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information\
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives\
  • Be flexible and adaptable in response to changing business needs and priorities\
  • Support and promote a culture of safety and well-being within the workplace\
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives\
  • Engage with customers and provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty\
