**Supply Planner**:
**About the Company**

Our client offers a very broad range of products, including garden and hand tools, clotheslines and laundry products, hoses and watering accessories, wheelbarrows, pottery and various garden décor products. **About the Role**

The Supply Planner focuses on managing stock levels across networks in an efficient and effective way. Responsible to provide outstanding customer service and manage effective purchase order placements, as well as to provide accurate data that contributes to delivering exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**
- Be part of a team culture that is obsessed with exceeding customers' expectation which places them at the centre of everything we do
- Contribute to wider business improvement projects
- Attend & contribute to supply chain and operations meetings as required
- Remain up to date with all new procedures and ensure that all internal policies and processes are adhered to
- Conduct business in line with all company Human Resources and Occupational Health & Safety Policies and procedures
- Any ad-hoc requests from supply chain and operations management

**Qualifications**
- Experience in a logistics or supply planning environment
- Worked in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate and foster relationships which enable to you to work effectively across functional (Internal/External) teams
- Good influencing and negotiation skills
- Planning and co-ordination skills
- Excellent analytical skills, with an eye for details
- Resilient and manages self well under pressure and supports team members during peak periods
