Job Description

Create a sustainable future for affordable housing in NSW, driving initiatives that impact communities and the state.

You will lead programs from concept to delivery on various land types, working in partnership with other stakeholders.

  • Partner with community groups, government agencies, developers, and investors to unlock opportunities.
  • Be responsible for consultation and interaction with Housing Australia regarding funding programs initiated under the Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFF).
  • Inspire and lead a high-performing team to deliver measurable outcomes and hit ambitious targets across metro and regional NSW.
  • Drive innovation and outcomes in affordable housing projects that are socially impactful and financially sustainable.

You will bring proven expertise in:

  • Delivering complex, affordable, and diverse housing projects.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships across government, community, and industry, especially with HAFF and community housing provider management and operations.
  • Navigating planning, feasibility, contract negotiations, and sustainable design.
  • Driving financial, social, and environmental outcomes in line with your goals.
Requirements

You will be a strategic leader with senior-level experience in property or housing development.
