Job Summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking an Aquatic Services Coordinator to join our team at Cook & Phillip Park Aquatic and Fitness Centre. This part-time opportunity involves managing and operating the swim school and related services and programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct Pool Deck Supervisors and Swim Teachers to deliver swim school programs to the highest standard.
  • Work closely with the Aquatic Services Manager to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Develop and maintain excellent communication skills to interact with students of diverse ages, abilities, cultures, and needs.

Essential Skills & Attributes

  • Strong people leadership and ability to inspire others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of WHS and public safety applications.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificate.
  • Working With Children Check and National Police Check.
  • Current Swim Teaching Certificate.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and guiding swim teachers.
  • Previous experience in a comparable role within the aquatic industry.
  • Legally entitled to work in Australia.
