Aquatic Educator for Northern Beaches Community

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team at the Manly Andrew 'Boy' Charlton Aquatic Centre.
As an Aquatic Educator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing swimming lessons that meet the needs of children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing throughout the program.
The key focus areas of this role include:
- Developing and delivering engaging swimming programs that cater to diverse age groups and abilities.
- Maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes water awareness and confidence in students.
- Building strong relationships with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in teaching swimming lessons to children, with a focus on safety, fun, and education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- A passion for promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles among children and families.
