The Role

Belgravia Leisure is seeking an exceptional candidate to fill the role of Regional Manager, overseeing the success of 16 aquatic recreation facilities and tourism sites across Northern NSW. The successful candidate will lead by example, developing and executing plans to ensure the provision of consistent quality services and programs to members and the community.

About You

You will demonstrate a successful track record in marketing, sales, contract compliance, and effective management of key stakeholders, including the community and Belgravia Leisure. You will be a seasoned and professional manager, able to lead with vision and energy, with extensive experience in commercial/business management, preferably from within the leisure, fitness, aquatic, or facility management sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute operational, financial, and people plans to successful outcomes.
  • Lead a dynamic and complex business operation, preferably from within the leisure, fitness, aquatic, retail, hospitality, or facility management industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the community and Belgravia Leisure.
  • Maintain a sound knowledge of health and safety legislation and ensure compliance across all sites.
  • Ensure high-performance culture and employee engagement across all sites.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business (Desirable)
  • Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current National Police Check
