We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate care coordinator to provide exceptional clinical services to senior members of the community.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve optimal resident outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Knowledge and understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
- Open to post-graduate applications
- Affinity and experience working with residents with dementia
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
