We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to fill the role of Life Experience Coordinator in our aged care facility.
This position involves creating, implementing, and monitoring recreational activities designed to enhance the lives of our residents. Key responsibilities include:
Main Responsibilities- Plan and execute group and individual leisure activities tailored to meet the diverse needs of our residents
- Work collaboratively with the Lifestyle Coordinator to coordinate therapies and activities as required
- Evaluate and maintain documentation of activities and therapies according to relevant legislative requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate 3 or 4 in Leisure and Lifestyle/Divisional Therapy
- Prior experience in an aged care environment, showcasing your ability to connect with residents and their families
- Excellent organisational skills and the capacity to multitask effectively
- A high level of professionalism at all times
