Key Role in Asset Management

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to play a critical part in driving performance and value across our Asset Management functions.

The ideal candidate will have experience with CMMS platforms, strong proficiency in MS Excel, and high attention to detail. They will also possess strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and processing asset management information, maintaining data integrity, developing and maintaining accurate preventative and predictive maintenance plans, and providing support during contract transitions and mobilisations.

You will also support the implementation of the Global Blueprint standardisation across all Key Accounts in the Pacific region, provide guidance and support to Data Engineers and Coordinators within Key Accounts, and assist in establishing reporting capabilities within FMS.

Requirements:

  • Experience with CMMS platforms (e.g., IBM Tririga, Maximo, SAP)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other data tools
  • High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently with energy, initiative, and adaptability
  • Excellent communication with technical teams, subcontractors, and senior stakeholders
