Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager

Our organization seeks an experienced and skilled supply chain operations manager to oversee our warehousing, purchasing, and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and monitor the movement of goods and maintain accurate inventory systems
  • Develop and execute strategies for optimal stock levels and timely reordering
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve best value and reliability
  • Manage warehouse staff, including rostering and performance oversight
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Prior experience with stock control systems or ERP software is highly desirable
  • Automotive or mechanical industry background is an advantage
