Job Description:
This role sits within our highly skilled tradespeople team, where you will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and timely mechanical maintenance to our equipment. Your expertise will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety First: Demonstrate commitment to our zero-harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.
- Complete workshop repairs and refurbishments on critical equipment.
- Inspect and repair mechanical infrastructure.
- Repair, maintain, and test equipment as per scope of work.
- Preventative maintenance of plant and equipment, focusing on maintaining safety and maximising production.
- Resolve operational and technical equipment concerns.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification – Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (Mechanical Fitter).
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts.
- Experience with heavy machinery, fault finding, repairs of equipment.
- Welding and machining experience.
