Job Description:

This entry-level position involves assisting drillers on active Reverse Circulation or Diamond rigs. You will work across various locations in Western Australia, including the Pilbara and Goldfields regions, and gain valuable experience and skills in drilling operations. As a Drillers Offsider (Assistant), you will be responsible for conducting daily pre-start equipment checks, completing necessary safety paperwork, and assisting with routine rig maintenance and cleaning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong physical presence and the ability to work in confined spaces. Previous experience in labour-intensive roles, such as concreting, farming, plumbing, or general labouring, would be beneficial. Additionally, you must hold a Manual C Class Unrestricted Licence with no restrictions, reside in or relocate to Western Australia, and be able to pass a pre-employment medical examination. A clean Police Record from within the last 3 months and Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency are also required.
