Driller's Offsider Traineeship Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Driller's Offsider Trainee. This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to launch a long-term career in drilling.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting drillers in the operation of Reverse Circulation or Diamond rigs, gaining invaluable experience and on-the-job training in the process.

This traineeship provides a unique opportunity to learn new skills, build life-long friendships, and earn serious money as an entry-level Driller's Offsider. To be successful in this role, you must have a Manual C Class Unrestricted Licence with no restrictions, reside in/relocate to Western Australia, pass a pre-employment medical, have a clean police record from within the last 3 months, hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency, and be willing to put in the hard yards in training.

Serious physical and mental fitness is a must to succeed in Offsiding, which involves extensive manual labouring. You will need to cope and perform with the demands of the position, confined spaces, dust, and other environmental challenges.
