Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Electronics Engineer to join our customer office in Australia. As a key member of our Hardware Engineering team, you will contribute to the development of electronic devices that meet all defined product requirements, including unit cost targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design electronic devices that achieve all defined product requirements, including unit cost targets.
  • Carefully consider Design for Manufacture / Assembly / Service to ensure efficient production.
  • Ensure that development projects follow the defined New Product Development process and are driven to completion with a sense of urgency.
  • Act with a sense of urgency in response to quality issues discovered in production or the field.
  • Explore opportunities to add innovative features that delight customers.
  • Where appropriate, leverage previous designs to save on development and validation effort.
  • Work with Production Engineers to deploy newly designed products into the production line.
  • Develop comprehensive user-facing documentation.
  • Contribute to Hardware Product Roadmaps.
  • Support Field Application Engineers and Aftermarket Technicians with diagnostic procedures.
  • Provide pre-sales assistance to Sales Personal and Field Application Engineers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
