- Let properties, manage rent accounts, and deal with anti-social behavior, ensuring repairs are carried out in a timely manner.
- Listen to residents and address issues before they become complaints, maintaining resident trust and confidence in Anchor Hanover.
- Investigate and resolve complaints, ensuring residents are listened to and informed throughout the process.
- Manage the location's budget and service charge accounts, ensuring residents' homes are well maintained and repairs are completed to a high standard.
- Ensure the location is safe, conducting regular health and safety checks and risk assessments in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Support residents to live independently by working with external agencies, such as local authorities, care providers, and medical professionals.
- Connect with residents, encouraging inclusion in social events and fostering a sense of community.
