About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Services Supervisor to join our team at Central Coast Local Health District. As a key member of our Environmental Services Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that all tasks are performed to the highest standards and in accordance with organizational priorities and established practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of Environmental Services staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
  • Assign tasks and projects to staff using the CARPS Task Allocation Management System, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular cleaning audits to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience in Environmental Services.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise a team, including the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Knowledge of current industry standards relating to Environmental Services.
  • Current NSW Drivers' Licence.
