About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for setting targets, providing guidance and support, and mentoring your team to excel in their roles.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain operational efficiency while ensuring superior product knowledge and service standards
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and vendors
  • Promote and advocate for Myer's brand values and vision
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in retail sales, preferably with experience in luxury beauty brands
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a team
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets and planning rosters
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
