
Support Services Coordinator

This role encompasses key responsibilities within the administration sector of an Early Education Centre. Providing exceptional customer service to families, guiding them through the enrolment process, and contributing to seamless operations are pivotal aspects.
We seek a highly motivated, organised individual with excellent communication skills, capable of working autonomously and as part of a team. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer high-level administration support, including general administration tasks and customer service functions.
- Coordinate enrolment and orientation processes for new families, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Maintain effective communication with families, staff, and external stakeholders, adhering to confidentiality and discretion requirements.
- Leverage Microsoft Office programs efficiently to manage administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with the Director and centre teams to achieve goals and objectives.
- A Certificate III in Administration or minimum 3 years of experience in Early Childhood Administration.
- A current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and National Criminal History check clearance.
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
