We are seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Home Support Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and supporting our residents in their daily lives.
Job DescriptionThe Home Support Officer will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to all stakeholders, including residents, family members, visitors, employees, and potential new residents. This includes coordinating administrative tasks, managing communication, and maintaining accurate records.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients. They will also possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, family members, visitors, employees, and potential new residents
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Manage communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks and projects
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
