Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

SkyCity is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead its financial crime governance function. As a key member of the organization's leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

The successful candidate will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes, collaborating with Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Monitoring KPIs, identifying emerging risks, and trends, and performing secretariat duties for senior management committees are also key responsibilities.

This includes managing internal and external reporting, leading audit preparations with thorough documentation and readiness.

A strong compliance culture is essential, and you will be responsible for fostering this through training programs and awareness initiatives.
