
Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving business growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will have the chance to work closely with our sales operations, marketing, production and dispatch teams to provide demand planning insights and activation requirements for our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, knowledge and experience in the coffee industry, and a minimum of 3 years' experience in new business development. Strong communication, troubleshooting and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
