Residential Development Manager

Creating vibrant places and revitalising public buildings is a key focus for our organisation.
Our residential masterplanned community requires the support of an experienced Development Manager. This role will provide assistance to senior management in planning, design, documentation and construction phases.
Responsibilities will include preparing financial reports, monitoring project expenditure, coordinating meetings and engaging with contractors. The successful candidate will also manage the delivery of minor works and prepare Request for Tender documents.
A key aspect of this role will be supporting the implementation of marketing and sales strategies, as well as developing and maintaining knowledge of our electronic systems and office procedures.
The ideal candidate will work closely with external consultants and deliver customer service in a friendly and open manner.
Key Requirements:- Assist senior management in planning, design and construction phases
