We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee all aspects of residential development from Design Development through to Project Completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multiple projects in various stages of the project life cycle
  • Lead a team, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Identify and address project challenges, implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, ensuring clear communication on project status and key deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Experience in delivering apartment projects, ideally on the client side.
  • Strong understanding of planning, design, construction processes, and local building regulations.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing project budgets, variations, and progress claims.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
